Compute credits are consumed when you run heavy operations like uploading datasets, building materializations, or syncing to vector databases. Credits scale with the size of your data.

What happens when I run out of credits on Free?
Your account enters read-only mode. You can still browse, query, and download existing datasets, but you can't run new uploads, appends, materializations, or syncs until the next billing cycle.
Can I buy additional credits on paid plans?
Yes! Starter and Pro plans have automatic overage billing at $0.25/credit. You can also purchase credit packs in advance for a slight discount.
How is storage calculated?
Storage is measured in GB-months. We calculate the average storage used over the billing period and charge accordingly.
What's included in Enterprise?
Custom limits, SSO/SAML, audit logs, SLAs, dedicated support, BYOB storage, and priority job queues. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How does RAG Lab SDK pricing work?
Starter and Pro plans include a monthly SDK embedding token quota (10K and 100K tokens respectively). Embeddings are charged at the base model cost plus a 20% platform fee. This covers infrastructure, rate limiting, and strategy management. Overage is billed at the same per-token rate. Example: 10K tokens ≈ 2,500 text embeddings with text-embedding-3-small.
